Restaurant & Bar

Caribbean cuisine on the terrace. Fresh-caught seafood, island flavors, and the kind of meal that makes you forget what time zone you're in.

On-Property Dining

The Restaurant

The kitchen works with what the fishermen bring in and what the island grows. That's the menu. It changes when the catch changes, and the best dishes are the ones that weren't on the menu yesterday.

Caribbean flavors, fresh seafood, and produce from local farms. Breakfast is included for resort guests. Lunch and dinner are open to guests and visitors — though you'll want to let us know you're coming for dinner.

The terrace overlooks the bay. The pace is slow. The rum punch is strong. This isn't a restaurant you rush through.

What Guests Say

"We came for three nights and extended to a week. The restaurant alone was worth the trip — the freshest fish I've ever eaten."
Rachel & Tom W. — London, UK
"This is the Caribbean without the resort-factory feeling. Real beach, real food, real people. We've been back twice and we'll be back again."
Michael S. — New York, NY
"The snorkeling right off the beach is better than guided trips we've paid hundreds for elsewhere. And you just walk in from your room."
Alicia & Jean-Pierre D. — Montreal, Canada
