Roht started as a working marina in Marshfield, Massachusetts — a place where the South Shore comes to get on the water. Over the years, it grew into something more: boat rentals, a clam shack that became a local institution, a boathouse bar, a bed and breakfast, and a calendar full of private events.
The throughline was always the same. Put people near the water, give them a reason to stay, and take care of the details so they don't have to think about them.
When the opportunity came to bring that same approach to Grenada, it was a natural fit. A boutique property on the eastern coast, overlooking the Caribbean — quieter, warmer, a different rhythm, but the same idea: waterfront hospitality done right.
Today, Roht operates on two coasts. The marina in Marshfield. The resort in Grenada. Two very different places, held together by one family and one way of doing things.
